MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid) now requires all provider enrollment forms to have either original handwritten signatures or verifiable electronic signatures using approved software like DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or DropBox Sign with minimum two identification components. Signature stamps are no longer acceptable, and providers must retain unaltered original documents for 6 years.
