Summary
Missouri has amended Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) regulations for Home Health Care Services, requiring daily data transmission to the EVV Aggregator Solution and weekly provider logins. Manual time adjustments must now be made only by supervisors or administrators.
Action Required
Immediately: Home health billing teams must ensure EVV data is transmitted to the EVV Aggregator Solution (EAS) daily for all captured dates. Designate supervisors/administrators to handle all manual entry or time adjustments for call in/out times. Ensure provider agencies log into EAS at minimum once weekly.
