Summary
Missouri has made available new educational resources for providers about the Healthy Children and Youth (HCY) Program, which is the state's EPSDT program for MO HealthNet eligible children under 21. A 15-minute video and additional training materials are now accessible to help providers understand HCY screenings, billing tips, and available services.
