Summary
MHD has updated precertification request forms for Behavioral Health Services and Applied Behavior Analysis to include e-signature functionality. Providers can now either print and wet-sign or insert their e-signature before faxing forms to the Behavioral Health Services Help Desk.

Immediately: Billing team and providers must switch to the updated precertification request forms for Behavioral Health Services and Applied Behavior Analysis. Download new forms from the MO HealthNet Provider Forms page. Update workflow to use either e-signature function or print and wet-sign before faxing to (573) 635-6516. Notify providers of new e-signature option to streamline precertification process.
