Summary
Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) has updated precertification request forms for Behavioral Health Services and Applied Behavior Analysis to include e-signature functionality. Providers must now download forms and open in Adobe to use e-signatures, or continue to print and wet-sign before faxing to the BH Services Help Desk.

Immediately: Billing team and providers must download updated precertification forms from MO HealthNet Provider Forms page for all Behavioral Health Services and ABA requests. Open forms in Adobe to use new e-signature function, or continue printing and wet-signing. Fax completed forms to (573) 635-6516. Update workflow procedures to reflect new form requirements.
