Starting April 1, 2026, Missouri Medicaid will deny all claims for personal care, homemaker, and respite services from provider types 26 and 28 if they lack matching Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records in the state system. This means no payment for non-compliant EVV claims beginning with the April 24, 2026 deposit.

By April 1, 2026: Provider types 26 and 28 must ensure ALL personal care, advanced personal care, consumer-directed services, homemaker, chore, and respite service visits are recorded in the EVV Aggregator Solution (EAS) BEFORE submitting claims. Billing team must verify EVV compliance for each claim or payments will be denied.
