Summary
Effective April 1, 2026, Missouri Medicaid claims for EVV-required services provided by DSDS-authorized providers (types 26 and 28) will be automatically denied if no matching Electronic Visit Verification visits are recorded in the EVV Aggregator Solution. MO HealthNet has launched new educational resources and training to help providers comply with this claims validation requirement.
Action Required
By April 1, 2026: Providers delivering DSDS-authorized services (provider types 26 and 28) must ensure all EVV-required service claims have matching visits recorded in the EVV Aggregator Solution before submission. Complete required EVV Aggregator Solution Provider Training, select an EVV vendor if not already done, and review the new EVV compliance resources at the EVV Provider webpage. Claims without matching EVV records will be automatically denied.
