Summary
Novillus Partners Program Care Gaps Management (CGMA) system will undergo scheduled maintenance and updates with specific deadlines for 2022 care gap submissions and a temporary closure from January 16 - March 5, 2023. The 2023 CGMA system will launch March 6, 2023 with updated gaps and membership data through January 31, 2023.

By Jan 15, 11:59 PM EST: Submit any reopened or rejected 2022 care gap information (no 2023 service dates accepted). Plan for CGMA system unavailability Jan 16 - March 5. Resume care gap reporting when 2023 CGMA launches March 6 at 8 AM EST.
