Summary

UPMC's Provider OnLine system underwent a security migration on June 13, 2024. Users who hadn't logged in during the 150 days before this date will need to re-register through their office's Online Access Administrator (OAA) to regain access to the provider portal.

Immediately: Check if staff can access Provider OnLine portal. If access is blocked, contact your office OAA to complete re-registration. If no OAA exists for your office, call UPMC web support at 1-800-937-0438 to establish an OAA and complete access setup. Loss of portal access may delay claim submissions and prior authorization processing.
