UPMC Health Plan is updating their Provider OnLine portal security on November 8, 2024. All users will need to create new passwords, agree to new terms, and set up two-factor authentication on their first login after the update.

By November 8, 2024: All billing team members with UPMC Provider OnLine accounts must log in and complete the security update process: create new password, agree to new terms, and set up two-step authentication. Download and review the Provider OnLine Authentication Guide. Contact Provider Services at 1-800-937-0438 if issues arise. Failure to complete setup may prevent access to portal for claims submission and eligibility verification.
