Summary
UPMC Health Plan has released an updated Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage (NOMNC) form effective January 9, 2025. Medical billing teams must immediately stop using any printed copies of the old form and replace them with the new version available on the UPMC website.

Immediately: Billing and front desk staff must discontinue use of all printed copies of the old NOMNC form. Download and print the updated NOMNC form from the UPMC Health Plan website. Replace all old forms in patient areas and staff workstations. Ensure staff are trained on any changes in the new form.
