Five-year revalidation reminder
UPMC Health Plan·PA·Provider Announcement
We identified it
Jun 20, 2026
Summary
All providers must revalidate their enrollment in Medical Assistance (MA), UPMC for Kids (CHIP), and Community HealthChoices (CHC) for each service location every five years. Providers should check their revalidation dates in PROMISe™ and submit applications at least 60 days before due dates to avoid enrollment lapses.
Action Required
Immediately: All providers must log into Pennsylvania's Medicaid Management Information System (PROMISe™) to check revalidation dates for MA, CHIP, and CHC enrollment at each service location. Submit revalidation applications at least 60 days before due dates. Failure to revalidate will result in enrollment termination and inability to bill these plans.
