Action Required

Action needed
Immediately: All providers must log into Pennsylvania's Medicaid Management Information System (PROMISe™) to check revalidation dates for MA, CHIP, and CHC enrollment at each service location. Submit revalidation applications at least 60 days before due dates. Failure to revalidate will result in enrollment termination and inability to bill these plans.
