UPMC Health Plan will require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all Provider OnLine portal logins starting June 25, 2026. Users will need to complete MFA each time they access the portal for enhanced security.

Before June 25, 2026: All staff who access Provider OnLine portal must set up multi-factor authentication on their accounts. Contact Provider Services at 1-866-918-1595 for assistance with MFA setup. Update office procedures to account for additional login time required for MFA verification.
