Action Required

Action needed
By April 24, 2026: Providers and front desk staff should review available cultural competency resources at HealthPlanResources.com and via CME Outfitters partnership (10+ free CME/CE credit hours available). Staff should be aware that language assistance services are available through Member and Provider Services (phone interpretation during business hours), 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line (after-hours), Propio (face-to-face/sign language interpreters), and TTY/relay services via 711. Ensure interpreter requests are submitted at least 3 business days in advance with 24-hour cancellation notice. This is informational guidance establishing provider responsibility for culturally appropriate care; no billing system changes, prior authorizations, or coding modifications are required.
