Action Required
By April 1, 2021: Access the updated fee schedule via MedMutual Provider Portal at MedMutual.com/Provider. Update billing system validation to ensure secondary claims include Other Subscriber Information (Loop 2320), use NPI instead of TIN for eligibility requests (270) and claim status requests (276). By July 1, 2021: Review and implement new fee schedule rates for all procedures. Ensure all unlisted/NOC procedure codes include required descriptions to prevent claim rejections.
