[Georgia] CareSource Expands Partnership with SKYGEN to Leverage Enhanced Provider Services and Support for Georgia Medicaid Population

By October 15, 2025: Dental practices must anticipate receipt of a Network Transition letter from SKYGEN outlining re-credentialing requirements and steps to maintain contracted provider status. Billing team should: (1) Create accounts on the new SKYGEN Dental Hub portal at https://www.dentalhub.com/webinars if not already completed; (2) Update internal records to reflect SKYGEN as the dental network administrator; (3) Prepare to transition claim submission processes to the SKYGEN Dental Hub (which offers streamlined claim submission with instant edits); (4) Assign staff to work with SKYGEN's dedicated field representative assigned to your practice. Failure to re-credential with SKYGEN or migrate to the new portal by the effective date may result in loss of contracted provider status and inability to bill CareSource Georgia Medicaid members.
