By June 15, 2023: Billing team must review the revised Observation Status Reimbursement Policy (RP-202004) at MedMutual.com/Provider under Policies and Standards > Corporate Reimbursement Policies. By August 15, 2023: Review and implement requirements from the new Consultation Codes Reimbursement Policy (RP-202302). Update billing procedures and staff training accordingly to ensure compliance with both policy changes.
