Update billing software and procedures for urgent care services, maximum frequency per day limitations, proper use of modifiers FB, FX, and FY, E&M services with treatment revenue codes (effective Dec 1), and diabetes testing supplies billing (effective Jan 1, 2024). Train staff on new requirements to prevent claim denials.
