By March 25, 2024: Billing team must register for Cohere Health portal at https://coherehealth.com/register if not already registered. Submit all outpatient and investigational/experimental prior authorization requests through Cohere Health portal (https://login.coherehealth.com) or Rhyme application. For diagnostic radiology/imaging, use Rhyme's EMR application or eviCore. Stop using NaviNet for new prior auth submissions. Continue using MedCommunity for inpatient prior authorizations. Review updated prior authorization list at www.medmutual.com/PAL2024.
