CareSource has launched HealthPlanResources.com, a provider-facing Learning Management System (LMS) that consolidates all provider education resources, training schedules, and on-demand education library in one location. Practice managers can now track, complete, and attest to training completion on behalf of their group to meet annual training requirements.
Action Required
By October 22, 2025: Practice managers should register for access to HealthPlanResources.com and familiarize themselves with the platform. Visit the Training and Events webpage to obtain site registration and access instructions. Designate staff responsible for tracking and attesting to training completion. No changes to billing workflows, codes, or claim submission processes are required.
