Immediately: All healthcare professionals must update and maintain current CAQH profiles at www.caqh.org. Providers should log into CAQH portal to confirm profile status. Facility providers must respond promptly to Andros credentialing requests and submit required documentation. Re-credentialing reminders will begin 6 months prior to expiration - providers must update expiring documents before re-credentialing date. Failure to comply timely may result in network participation delays or termination.
