Summary
Oklahoma's Health Homes benefit program will terminate effective October 1, 2021, eliminating the associated billing and service delivery model. Members can continue receiving behavioral health services on a fee-for-service basis or through Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs).
Action Required
By October 1, 2021: Providers currently participating in Health Homes must transition members to either traditional fee-for-service behavioral health billing or coordinate with listed CCBHC providers (Grand Lake, Red Rock, Northcare, Creoks, Lighthouse, Carl Albert CMHC, Green Country, Counseling & Recovery Services, Family & Children's Services). Update billing systems to remove Health Homes service codes and billing protocols. Review patient rosters to ensure continuity of care through alternative service models.
