Summary
Oklahoma Medicaid (OHCA) requires providers to identify, report, and repay overpayments within 60 calendar days of discovery. Providers must use the HCA-47 self-disclosure form for substantial, systematic, or patterned errors that may violate fraud and abuse laws.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must establish a process to identify overpayments and repay them within 60 days of discovery. Download HCA-47 self-disclosure form from oklahoma.gov/ohca/providers/forms for substantial routine errors, systematic errors, patterns of errors, or potential fraud violations.
