Action Required

Action needed
Immediately: Billing team must establish a process to identify overpayments and repay them within 60 days of discovery. Download HCA-47 self-disclosure form from oklahoma.gov/ohca/providers/forms for substantial routine errors, systematic errors, patterns of errors, or potential fraud violations. For simple overpayments, continue using standard void/adjustment processes. Contact Teisha Berry at teisha.berry@okhca.org with questions. Failure to comply may result in Federal False Claims Act liability.
