Summary
SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid) now covers psychological services provided by independent psychologists for adults, effective July 1, 2021. All services require prior authorization through the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services portal.

Immediately: Billing team must obtain prior authorization through www.odmhsas.org/arc.htm before providing psychological services to adult SoonerCare members by independent psychologists.
