By January 1, 2023: Advanced level providers must implement health assessment tools and post-visit outreach for all assigned panel members, plus select two additional requirements from the specified list. Optimal level providers must select one additional requirement from their specified list. Prepare for streamlined compliance reviews focusing only on medical record requirements starting January 1, 2023.
