Oklahoma Medicaid (SoonerCare) has implemented uniform reimbursement rates across most Home and Community-Based Waiver programs, State Plan Personal Care, private duty nursing, and Living Choice programs effective October 1, 2022. Providers should review the new rate schedules available on the Oklahoma website.

Immediately: Billing team should visit the Oklahoma Long Term Care Waiver Operations Division website to review the complete list of new uniform rates for Living Choice program and Medically Fragile Waiver services.
