Summary
Oklahoma Health Care Authority requires providers who received $5 million or more in Medicaid payments during FFY 2022 to complete and submit an annual Deficit Reduction Act compliance attestation form. This is a mandatory compliance requirement to continue receiving Medicaid payments.
Action Required
Immediately: Practice administrator or CEO must complete the attached attestation form confirming compliance with Federal False Claims Act education requirements and submit it via fax to 405-530-3208 or email to teisha.berry@okhca.org. This applies only if the practice received $5 million or more in Medicaid payments from Oct 1, 2021 to Sept 30, 2022 under their Tax ID number. Failure to comply may affect future Medicaid payment eligibility.
