Summary
Oklahoma's SoonerCare Medicaid program is transitioning dental services to two managed care plans (DentaQuest and LIBERTY Dental Plan) effective February 1, 2024. Dental providers must contract with these new plans to continue serving SoonerCare members.
Action Required
Before February 1, 2024: Dental providers must initiate contracting and credentialing with DentaQuest (855-873-1283, NetworkDevelopment@DentaQuest.com) and/or LIBERTY Dental Plan (1-888-902-0342, provider@libertydentalplan.com) to continue serving SoonerCare members. Billing team should update provider enrollment records and verify network status before the transition date. Failure to contract will result in inability to treat SoonerCare dental patients.
