Immediately: Update all stored contact information and procedures to use the new fax numbers - Behavioral Health Unit: 405-708-7181, CCM Medical Records: 405-694-4194, PCM Intake/Referrals: 405-213-1145, PCM Medical Records: 405-212-4626. Staff must replace old fax numbers in billing system, prior authorization workflows, and referral processes to ensure requests reach the correct departments.
