Summary
Oklahoma is transitioning SoonerCare (Medicaid) members to managed care plans called SoonerSelect starting April 1, 2024. Three contracted entities (Aetna Better Health, Humana Healthy Horizons, and Oklahoma Complete Health) will administer medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, requiring providers to establish new contracts and credentials with these plans.
Action Required
By April 1, 2024: Oklahoma providers must complete contracting and credentialing with the three SoonerSelect managed care entities (Aetna Better Health, Humana Healthy Horizons, and Oklahoma Complete Health) to continue serving SoonerCare members. Contact each plan using provided phone numbers and emails to initiate contracts. Failure to contract will result in inability to serve existing SoonerCare patients after the transition.
