Summary
Beginning February 1, 2024, Oklahoma SoonerCare (Medicaid) dental services will transition to SoonerSelect with two new managed care entities: DentaQuest and Liberty Dental Plan. Dental providers must contract with both entities to continue serving Medicaid patients, but full credentialing is waived until February 1, 2025 for existing OHCA-enrolled providers.
Action Required
By February 1, 2024: Dental providers must contact DentaQuest and Liberty Dental Plan to begin contracting process to continue serving SoonerCare members. Check SoonerSelect provider webpage for contact information. By February 1, 2025: Complete full credentialing process with both dental entities. Failure to contract will result in inability to serve SoonerCare dental patients after transition.
