Summary
Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is requiring Medicaid prescribers to complete an anonymous survey about their compliance with checking the Oklahoma Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) before prescribing controlled substances to Medicaid patients. This is for federal reporting requirements under the SUPPORT ACT.

By May 24, 2024: Each prescriber who writes controlled substance prescriptions for Oklahoma Medicaid patients must complete the anonymous PDMP compliance survey online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7FMS6BT, by email to pharmacy@okhca.org, mail, or fax to (405) 530-7137. This is for data collection purposes only and does not change billing procedures.
