Summary
Oklahoma Medicaid (SoonerCare) now covers behavioral health integration services in primary care settings through a new Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model. Six new CPT and HCPCS codes are now billable for collaborative care services delivered by medical and behavioral health providers working together.

Immediately: Billing team should review the full OHCA rule changes and coverage guidelines for the new behavioral health integration codes. Update billing system to include CPT codes 99484, 99492, 99493, 99494 and HCPCS codes G0512, G2214 for SoonerCare claims.
