Active contracts may be terminated without successful site visits.
Action Required
By April 1, 2025: ABA groups and BCBA practices must prepare for mandatory physical site visits from OHCA for enrollment/reenrollment - ensure facilities are accessible and staff available. For new enrollments or ownership changes after March 1, 2025: All BCBAs and individual owners with 5%+ ownership must complete fingerprint-based criminal background checks using cards sent to practice mailing address. Failure to complete site visits will result in enrollment denial or contract termination.
