Summary
Effective November 1, 2024, PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organizations in Oklahoma are no longer required to maintain adult daycare or home health licensure when serving only PACE participants. This licensing exemption only applies to services provided exclusively to PACE participants.
Action Required
PACE organizations should review Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 317, Chapter 35, Subchapter 18 requirements. Organizations serving non-PACE participants must still maintain applicable licensing for those services. Contact PACEInquiry@okhca.org with questions.
