Summary
Effective July 1, 2021, Kentucky Medicaid will enroll Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) with interim licenses under provider type PT 79. Clinical fellows must be supervised by an active KY Medicaid SLP and will be reimbursed at the same rate as fully licensed SLPs.
