Immediately: Billing team must add RSV codes 90378, 90380, 90381, 90678, and 90679 to billing system for Kentucky Medicaid patients (effective 10/1/23). By January 1, 2024: Add code 90683 for mRNA RSV vaccine. Update encounter forms and fee schedules to include all six new RSV-related codes.
