Summary
Kentucky Medicaid has enhanced the KYHealthNet system to help providers track and reconcile supplemental WRAP payments for claims submitted to Managed Care Organizations. Providers can now look up encounters submitted by MCOs and research WRAP payment status through the updated system.

Immediately: Billing teams at PPS, CCBHC, FQHC/Non-FQHC, and RHC practices should access the new KYHealthNet system features to track WRAP payments. Review the attached guidance document to understand how to look up encounters, calculate WRAP payments, and communicate with MCOs about missing payments.
