Update billing for Supported Living Program T2033 services to use new tiered rates with U6 modifier plus additional modifiers (HB, HE, HK) based on member acuity scores. Review and implement new rates for Adult Day, Group Residential, Personal Care, Respite, and other HCBS services across BI, CES, CMHS, DD, EBD, SCI, and SLS waivers.
