Summary
Effective May 1, 2021, Kepro replaced eQHealth Solutions as the new vendor for Colorado Medicaid's prior authorization program (ColoradoPAR). All prior authorization requests for covered services must now be submitted through Kepro's portal (Atrezzo) instead of eQSuite, with extended review times of up to 10 business days for standard requests.
Action Required
Immediately: Stop submitting prior authorization requests to eQHealth Solutions' eQSuite portal. Register for and begin using Kepro's Atrezzo portal for all new prior authorization requests for Colorado Medicaid patients requiring PARs for outpatient therapy, DME, diagnostic imaging, select surgeries, and other covered services. Download and save any necessary documentation from eQSuite before May 31, 2021 when access ends. Update workflows to accommodate new 10 business day review timeframe.
