Action Required

Action needed
Immediately: 1) Billing team must verify all providers (billing, rendering, attending, and OPR) have completed revalidation by checking the Provider Revalidation Dates Spreadsheet on the Colorado Medicaid website. 2) Contact any providers who haven't revalidated to ensure completion within 5 business days. 3) Monitor claims with 2024 HCPCS codes for EOB 0000 suspensions and expect processing delays. 4) Update encounter forms to ensure OPR provider NPIs are captured for audiology, DME, lab, radiology, pediatric personal care, and therapy services. Claims will suspend with EOB codes 7511-7514 if providers aren't revalidated.
