Summary
Colorado Medicaid (Health First Colorado) has transitioned their Provider Services Call Center to OptumInsight with a new phone number (1-833-468-0362) effective May 1, 2025. A new self-service password reset web form is now available for the Provider Web Portal, and Long-Term Home Health (LTHH) Prior Authorization Requirements will be phased in with Adult and Pediatric nursing PARs going live July 1, 2025.
Action Required
Immediately: Update contact information to use new Provider Services Call Center number 1-833-468-0362 (old number 1-844-235-2387 will redirect). By July 1, 2025: Home health agencies must prepare for required Prior Authorization Requests for Adult and Pediatric RN and CNA services - submit at least 15% of caseloads monthly for review. Register for Acentra Health training sessions in June and become familiar with the Atrezzo Portal before submitting PARs.
