Summary
Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) added new COVID-19 monoclonal antibody treatment codes for Bebtelovimab, retroactive to February 11, 2022. Providers can now bill for these treatments using three new HCPCS codes, and the COVID-19 fee schedule has been updated.

Immediately: Billing team must update billing system to include new HCPCS codes Q0222, M0222, and M0223 for Bebtelovimab COVID-19 monoclonal antibody treatments. Review and implement updated COVID-19 fee schedule rates. Submit any retroactive claims for Bebtelovimab treatments provided since February 11, 2022.
